How to Take Mico-)NCO 2.0

Liquid formula: Take once daily at a dose of 0.15 ml per kg of body weight.

Take the liquid at least 15 minutes before breakfast together with 1 of the separately supplied live bacteria capsules.

For example, a person weighing approximately 70 kg would take approximately 10.5 ml per day.

The manufacturer recommends leaving at least 1 hour between Mico-NCO 2.0 and oral medication.
