How to Take Mico-Five

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably before breakfast or before food.

The manufacturer recommends a minimum period of approximately 3 months, although an appropriate healthcare professional may advise a different duration according to individual requirements.

Glass Jar: 70 capsules – approximately 35 days at 2 capsules per day.
