Mico-Digest 2.0 is a Hifas da Terra food supplement supplied as a 300 ml liquid preparation with 30 separate Lactobacillus culture capsules. The liquid contains eight mushroom extracts, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), vitamins and selenium. Select the required pack quantity above.

The current UK formula contains 4.2% fructooligosaccharides derived from 90% inulin.

FOS forms part of the Hifas da Terra 2.0 formulation concept alongside the mushroom extracts and selected Lactobacillus cultures.

Water, organic agave nectar, α-cyclodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (90% inulin) (4.2%), extract of Cordyceps sinensis (3.2%), organic extract of Ganoderma lucidum (3.2%), organic extract of Lentinula edodes (3.2%), organic extract of Polyporus umbellatus (3.2%), organic extract of Agaricus blazei (2.5%), phosphatidylserine (contains soy), flavour enhancer (glycine), organic extract of Grifola frondosa (2.4%), organic extract of Hericium erinaceus (2.4%), organic extract of Inonotus obliquus (2.4%), concentrated organic acerola juice (Malpighia glabra L.) (1.7%), sweeteners (xylitol, sucralose), acidity regulator (citric acid), L-ascorbic acid, strawberry flavour, vanilla flavour, preservative (potassium sorbate), nicotinamide, cholecalciferol, selenomethionine, calcium pantothenate, retinol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, sodium selenite, biotin and cyanocobalamin.

How to Take Mico-Digest 2.0

Take the liquid formula once daily at a dose of 0.15 ml per kg of body weight.

Take at least 15 minutes before breakfast together with 1 of the separately supplied Lactobacillus capsules.

For example, a person weighing approximately 70 kg would take approximately 10.5 ml of liquid per day.

The manufacturer recommends leaving at least 1 hour between the product and oral medication.

Storage & Use

• Keep the liquid bottle refrigerated before opening to allow it to settle and chill.
• Do not shake the bottle before opening.
• Once opened, store refrigerated at approximately 2–8°C.
• Wash the dosing syringe between uses.
• Preferably consume within 40 days after opening.
• Natural variations in flavour, colour and smell may occur due to the fermented formula.
