Ingredients

St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Lady’s Mantle, Cleavers, Oregano, Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Calendula Flower.

Preparation and Suggested Use

• Add 1 level tablespoon of the tea blend to 300 ml of hot water
• Cover and steep for 10 minutes
• Strain before drinking

Recommended intake:
• 1–3 cups per day
• Best enjoyed in the morning on an empty stomach or at least 15 minutes before meals

Suggested Course

• 1 cup per day: 3 × 60 g packs for 3 months
• 2 cups per day: 6 × 60 g packs for 3 months
• 3 cups per day: 9 × 60 g packs for 3 months
