Daily serving

• 1 lipophilic oil capsule (brown)
• 2 hydrophilic powder capsules (orange)
• 5 ml (4.4 g) complementary drink powder

How to take

• Take capsules with meals and a few sips of liquid, preferably with breakfast or lunch
• All three capsules can be taken together
• For sensitive digestion, take the two orange capsules with separate meals
• Dissolve the drink powder in liquid
• For best utilisation, divide into two portions of 2.5 ml
• Take one portion in the morning and one in the afternoon
• Consume within 8 hours after dissolving
