Daily serving: four capsules

Each daily serving consists of one white C-vitamin capsule, one brown oil-based capsule and two yellow water-soluble nutrient capsules. This pack provides 30 daily servings.

Recommended use

All four capsules can be taken together with any main meal.
For best results, take in the morning or during the day rather than in the evening.

Alternative serving schedule:
– Take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2–3 hours after meals
– Take one yellow capsule with the first main meal
– Take one yellow capsule with the second main meal
– Soft gelatin oil capsules are best taken with a main meal containing fat

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
